Simple Healthy Meals (Breakfast): Fast Healthy Breakfast Sandwich with Organic Cream Cheese

Ingredients:

- 1 table spoon of organic light cream cheese (recommendation: Organic Valley Pasteurized Cream Cheese)
- 1 slice of whole wheat bread
- 1/2 table spoon of real organic sweet cream butter
- 2 tea spoons of organic agave nectar, divided (recommendation: Wholesome Sweetener Organic Blue Agave Nectar)
- 1/2 banana, sliced

Directions:

1. Cut bread in half. Combine cream cheese and 1 tea spoon of agave nectar in a small bowl, and mix; then, spread cream cheese over one half piece of bread.
2. Heat pan or skillet on high. Add butter.
3. When butter melts, add both halves of bread. Reduce heat to medium. Let cook for about 1/2 min, or until cream cheese is slightly melted.
4. Top one piece of bread over the other to create a sandwich. Using a spatula, flip sandwich a couple of times to ensure that both sides are cooked to golden brown, and the bread and cheese are tightly-packed. 
5. Turn off stove, and transfer sandwich to a plate.
6. Top sandwich with the other tea spoon of agave nectar and banana slices.
