Simple Healthy Lunch: Egg and Avocado on Whole Wheat

Ingredients:

- 1 ripe avocado, de-cored and peeled
- 2 pieces of whole wheat bread
- 2 eggs, already fried with extra virgin olive oil or butter
- 1 tea spoon of paprika
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 slice of all natural swiss cheese

Directions:

1. Lay bread on plate.
2. Smooth avocado halves on bread, and press with fork.
3. Add swiss cheese on avocado.
4. Lay fried eggs on cheese.
5. Splash paprika and pepper on eggs.
6. Enclose two pieces of bread to form a sandwich.

  1. As claimed by Stanford Medical, It's really the one and ONLY reason women in this country live 10 years longer and weigh 19 KG lighter than us.

    (By the way, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some hard exercise and really, EVERYTHING to do with "how" they eat.)
