These are crazy good! They're naturally sweet and covered in yummy sesame. For a satisfying afternoon snack, give these all-natural sesame ginger snaps a try! 


Dinner

Broiled Chicken with Steamed Brussels Sprouts and Broccoli

This dinner is very easy to make: marinade pre-cut chicken slices in homemade teriyaki sauce, mirin, tamari soy sauce and a tiny pinch of corn starch. Then, broil on high for 5 min each side.

The chicken is just charred enough on the outside, and juicy and tender on the inside. I think you'll like this recipe a lot, especially since it's low-cal, low-carb and big on flavor.
